Workforce is a design studio showcasing the creative talents of John Robb and Jeff Diaz..

For the first 2 decades of our journey INSEAM brought you some of the most thought provoking clothing--unique in style, fit and quality. These garments  inspired, enhanced and brought an individual sense of style to those who wore them (and many of our customers still do today). 

Today more than ever our belief that style encompasses our everyday life: the clothing we wear, our homes, the products that inspire us and make us feel individually unique is more alive than ever before. 

Our goal with Workforce, is to offer a selection of products, that bring out the best in every aspect of your life, some we create ourselves in addition to others created by makers we believe in. 

We are not fast fashion! We believe in craftsmanship & timelessness so that the products last!
